Left stranded by Kia

My keys got locked in the car @ the carwash- @5pm- I phoned KIA roadside assistance who CONFIRMED they had despatched a locksmith to come and assist at no charge (warranty)- I then called back @6.40pm to enquire where the guy was, as I was told he would arrive within the hour. Needless to say nobody had been despatched as apparently the warranty had expired (it's a 2012 model car and the warranty is supposed to last 3 years as per KIA Sandton) Why was I not given a courtesy call to let me know that nobody would be coming after it was confirmed on the line? Thank you KIA for not calling me back and leaving me stranded on the side of the road until I could arrange for someone to collect me @8pm in Sandton. Great service!!!!!
