Lebo Nkabinde Kia Edenvale Trash

Lebo Nkabinde from Kia Edenvale gave me the worst service ever when I bought my car in September, following which she then proceeded to purchase a matrix unit tracking device on my behalf without my consent, when I discovered this I demanded that she has it cancelled and she did, the problem is that she never really followed up with matrix for a refund and I kept begging her on email as if its not her job to no avail, I took it upon myself to go to matrix to remove the unit with the expectation that the bank will be refunded and I will not be debited further, I finally got assistance from matrix however they have not been able to refund the dealership, which in turn will refund matrix because Lebo once again isn't attending to this matter. I have been in contact with matrix throughout and they have been assisting me but now we are stuck because Lebo Nkabinde would not attend to her duties(simply provide matrix with the required details to effect payment to the dealership). I am f*n ****ed because even if matrix refunds the dealership I may have to wait another two months for Lebo to get the dealership to refund the bank and it is easier for her because she is not affected by this inconvenience. All I want is for the bank to be refunded and my monthly installment to be adjusted. I have already paid the bank twice for a tracking device unit that I am not using notwithstanding the fact that I made a written request to Lebo Nkabinde of Kia Edenvale to have it cancelled. I should not even be in this situation but I guess I am one of many who are unfortunate to meet ****** such as Lebo Nkabinde.
