Lack of Service

My husband took his car into Kia Weltevreden Park in January after an accident. Car was subsequently repaired and Kia paid out by Insurance Company a substantial amount. 2 or 3 days later there was a noise coming from where the car was suppoosedly fixed, car was taken back and they say they couldn't hear anything. A few days later noise got worse and car was taken back and a serviceman drove with my husband and heard the noise immediately and also felt the car was not right, he was supposed to order a part for car, this was 2 to 3 weeks ago, still to be covered by insurance as it was not fixed properly. Today we called and nobody knew a thing and no record at all that a part had to be ordered etc. I feel this is very bad service. They had the car for more than 2 weeks to fix, got paid out and still car is not fixed properly and parts not ordered.
