LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Took our Foton Bakkie to Kia The Glen 3 weeks ago for warranty repairs. In 3 weeks I had 1 phone call from a Pieter (used car manager - whom has nothing to do with this vehicle) after I complained to Rennette Crock -National Customer Care Manager- Imperial Select Multi Franchise. Rennette was very sympathetic of my situation. She immediately logged my complaint, emailed the various people concerned and cc'd me. To this day I have not had a phone call from the DP - Ralf, Workshop Manager - Eugene, nor Service Advisor - Tammy regarding anything. My husband has called several times and even been to the dealership to find out what is going on. He called Tammy yesterday morning to find out if the vehicle would be ready and what time? He then informed Tammy that after his 12 o'clock meeting we would collect the vehicle. The keys were lost, the service book had not even been stamped for the 10 000km service done prior to warranty repairs and both were missing. I am fully aware that it's not your product but if your company is doing the warranty repairs & servicing then as a customer I am entitled to be treated as such. Thank you to Brian the only Customer Care orientated staff member.
