Lack of communication Kia centurion

I'm not happy with the service that I got from Kia service department. I was dropped off at work in the morning and I requested pick up from the same area that I was dropped off at.

15h30 I tried calling the department and there was no answer, 15h50 I got a call from Mariska telling me that I need change a few things on my and I said no to all of that and she rep**** by saying alright cool, I'll tell the guys finish up and they will pick u up shortly. I waited from that till 16h30 and I still couldn't find any1 when I call in till I decided to walk from where I work to Kia motors in centurion. I am angry because I always pick up my 8 and half pregnant wife from her at 16h30 and she had to use a taxi because of all of this lack of communication from Kia. They decided to call me 16h55 to arrange for pick up and at that time I was already there.
