Kia's partnership with liquid capital for roadside assistance

I called regarding roadside assistance because my key was locked in the car. They handed over my query to a company called liquid capital whom agreed to refund me part of the cost of getting my own locksmith as they didnt have anyone in the area and i was going to work. It's been several weeks ive been waiting for my refund from liquid capital after submitting all the necessary documents. Having reviewed the reviews on both companies, it shows that they're running a shoddy business... they arent even responding to my communique anymore regarding the refund due to me. The person i dealt with at liquid capil is viveck govender. I dont know why Kia would insist on partnering with liquid capital because it is getting such low ratings and horrible reviews regarding the level of their service.

Should Kia not do anything about its partnership wioth liquid capital.....dont buy their cars... theyre taking money from me every month and my car is still under warranty for such services...highly disappointed !!
