Kia Zambesi

To Whom it may concern,

I am deeply disappointed in the service I received from the workshop of Kia Zambezi. I purchased my brand new Kia Picanto about two months ago, I chose the 1.0 Ls model and asked for some additional extras to be added like the fog lamps and central locking.

I waited more than a week for them to install fog lamps and the central locking, further more on several failed attempts they had to send my vehicle to a company that specializes in installing central locking. Finally after a long waiting period I could finally collect my car only to find out that they still couldn't connect my fog lamps to work with the lights of the car and they waiting for HQ to inform them on how to do it.....

Every time I phoned to check if I could bring my car to get it connected there's only excuses and as always HQ is to be blamed which I cant understand because how difficult can it be to connect fog lamps parts supp**** by the dealer and installed by the dealer doesn't make sense, they should know how to do these things, what's the use of having options to purchase extras for your Kia but they cant be properly installed to wor****!

I've been driving my Kia now for nearly 3 months and I am still waiting for the workshop manager to contact me to bring my car in so they can connect the fog lamps which I have already paid for when I purchased my vehicle but it's still doesn't work.

It makes me sad that I decided to change my vehicle brand when purchasing my new car thinking that I will get great service but what a disappointment. I need HQ to contact me urgently regarding this to get my fog lamps connected.

Bad Service
