Kia wonderboom is so ***********. I am very disappointed!

Hello Peter! Kia Wonderboom is the most *********** dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought my Kia sportage in 2018 and 6 month later the handbrake stopped working. I reported the matter and the guy who sold me the car told me that I should use the automatic handbrake, I told the guy that I don't feel safe but he insisted. When I took in the car for service I notified them that the handbrake wasn't working and the matter wasn't resolved. It's been two years now, last week I took the car in for service and when I got the car back I reported the handbrake again. They booked it in on Thursday l, when I went to fetch the car tye issue was still not resolved because they had to order the parts. When I left the dealership the car stuck. On the road and I almost got into an accident because of that. My car was towed and the manager of the dealership told me that he would call as soon as my car got to the dealership but I didn't receive any call. I had to even make a follow up the next day cause I had to go to work but they don't care about the very job that pays for tge car installment. Today is saterday, I drove to make a second follow up and they tell me there's nothing they can do to assist because Eric the manager is not there. I have to go to work today and tomorrow but nobody cares. Kia Wonderboom doesnt care about their customers safety, they don't care about their customers jobs and what pays for the cars that they sell, they don't care about their customers. All they know is to say there's nothing they can do. I am disgusted, I am frustrated and I feel helpless as a consumer.
