Kia Weltevreden Park are ********

In October 2021 I ordered a new Kia Sonet Lx Auto from Kia Weltevreden Park. Gizelle forward me an OTP and I paid a deposit . I was reassured that i will receive the vehicle by the lasest second week of November. On Friday 5 November Gizelle contacted me to paid the balance in full because their vehicles have arrived. I made an instant payment and she confirmed that they have received the funds. I asked if i could collect the vehicle that afternoon. According to her , the vehicles went in for inspection and she was off that Saturday. On Saturday we went to the branch and we found Gizelle at work. She reassured us that we could collect the vehicle Monday morning. On Monday we asked her for the VIN number because we needed it for the insurance. She promised that we could collect the vehicle in the afternoon. I requested to speak to the manager because every time she had a different excuse. He reassured me that in the afternoon Gizelle will forward me the Vin number. Around 2pm Gizelle contacted me claiming that there were no vehicles in stock. I contacted another person in the branch who confirm that they have received 12 vehicles. I then spoke to Johann who informed me that he will talk to the manger. Never do business with this branch
