Kia Virtual - Bad Service

<p>Hello I bought a vehicle at Kia Virtual in Edenvale Ben was my salesperson and helped my quickly to get a Kia Rio. I was not given a spare key as they promised it will be delivered to me. Its been 6 month driving a vehicle without a spare key and Marius keeps giving me a run around saying he will give me my spare key. This is bad service they gave me because I need my spare key because its important. </p>
