Kia Vanderbijlpark bad service

Vanderbijlpark- Ordered 2 pipes last week paid a R1000 as deposit when i phoned yesterday i was informed oh no the part wasnt ordered as i need to pay the full amount upfront. Why wasn't i told this from the beginning? I sent a email with pop to the salesman he had all my details why didn't he inform me. Pathetic service. Why would i pay a deposit of R1000 if i didn't want the pipes??? I want my money back and that's it i will buy from someone else
