Kia umhlanga is a waste

Kia Motors Umhlanga is pathetic, we have had nothing but bad service. The car that we have has been taken on finance last year in July ‘17 with a deposit of R80000.00. The consultant assisted was Neil , the sale was made rather easy for him singing we knew what we wanted. After receiving the car a few months had passed and the car was not performing like when we first received . The car has been taken for test drives many times by the service derpartment and they say all is well. We have a the windscreen wiper not working for many weeks in which the said it would take 5 weeks to be delivered from Korea in which to date we have not received . Another part suppose to be put into the car but no feedback from agents working there to confirm appointments . The car is now a useless piece of **** that we have to deal with due to staff not doing their job properly. I will never recommend anyone to purchase from there .
