KIA UMHLANGA ARE UNPROFESSIONAL

Kia branch in Umhlanga are dishonest and lack professionalism. Three months ago we took our Picanto for 15000 service. Agent told us there is a part recall and he will contact us when the part arrived.

I found this strange as I never read of this and neither were we forewarned by kia. I was then asked to bring in the vehicle on a Saturday as they wanted to photograph the part. I was again told that they will call when this part arrived. Three months later and I am still waiting. This must have been a **** by this dealership to get a part for another vehicle and charge it to me ad my vehicle is under warranty.
