KIA - The Worse Brand Ever!

I have written a report to KIA Motors SA before, indicating my frustration on the way they've been treating me since the first day I bought the KIA Carnival in 2022. Both their customer care and their head office never bother to get back to me even after I've reported the issue to the MIO, they kept playing hard to get. The worse part, KIA pre-owned cars dealership in Randburg and the one in Malboro ignored me when I asked them to buy back the same car that KIA Sandton sold to me in 2022.
