KIA Taking me for a ride

It has been over a month since the request was put through to KIA in Rodepoort to fix my car's cabby holder.<br> The part needed has been paid for but to date, no service has been rendered for this. <br> <br> They ordered an incorrect part, they didn't even bother to inform me, the fitted the part as is. upon me raising questions about that, they confirmed that an incorrect part was ordered and they will rectify the order and phone me to bring the car back. It has been over a month and no one has bothered to call and update me on why it is taking so long or at least offer to give me my money back.<br> <br> Appaulling service and KIA Rodepoort and they must be exposed for the ****** that they are!!!
