Kia stole my items

On the 22 February 2019 I took my car for a service at Kia Boksburg. My car came back leaking oil. I logged a complaint with kia assist and my car was towed to Kia on the 25.02.2019. On the 26.02. 2019 I realized all my stuff had been ****** from my boot. I logged a complaint with Bongani from Kia Boksburg and was told I had to follow up with the towing company because they might have ****** the items. Which is not fair.
