Kia Stikland - Unprofessionalism and ********* ways towards there clients

Very unprofessional,no correspondence/ relationship with clients . Provides clients With misleading information performance very *********! I would not advise anyone to them...Rather take your car to another workshop and avoid all disappointment and frustration...My car has been with them for 4moths every week my car has a new problem....claim claim on warranty. Yesterday i was told the will not be releasing my car due to outstanding cost!? What cost? I was told the warranty covered all repairs. I'm I now suppose to pay them for there negligence this is why my car has been standing there for so long...the order parts seems the do not follow up...when u call they run around...that is if they take your call.... Never in my life have I been treated like this as a client anywhere...So just a heads up people don't let my struggle become yours. These people do not care about the enormous stress they put u and your family under...They only out to make money and perform "********** acts" I can't elaborate on this but I'm sure there's more people out there that went or is going through what I am
