KIA stellenbosch I will never buy a KIA

<p>I have bought a few cars in my time but never have experienced such lack of service/sales from KIA (when (I bought a car in sept)</p> <p>they dont they train there sales people that the customer comes first and if they continue this way they will not be selling any cars.</p> <p>the sales dont reply to emails and phone calls you have to follow up daily on everything like they do you a favour.</p> <p>i wasnt sure if this was the first vehicle they sold as the licence, Fica, registration, number plates, service book is difficult and an issue.</p> <p>IMO KIAs cars are overpriced and below par quality vs other brands like VW ,</p> <p> </p>
