KIA Spares not readily available

I own a 2021 KIA Sportage 2.0 CRDI - currently with very low mileage. I had a mishap whilst avoiding an accident on 07 Aug 2024 and messed up the undercarriage of the car. Insurance approved the repairs to Car World Panelbeaters in Wynberg Johannesburg on 12 Aug 2024. I received a SMS from the panelbeaters on 22 Aug stating that KIA parts will only be received on 13 Sept for repairs to start. If I only knew that KIA South Africa does not keep a full range of spares in South Africa and have to import spares when needed - I would never have purchased a KIA vehicle! Please people, be aware that KIA in South Africa does not keep all spares on hand and it will take weeks for parts to be received if needed for repairs. I will never buy a KIA again knowing this now!
