Kia south africa is not reliable

I bought a kia 2019 brand new, my first service i complained about the clutch, they gave someone to drive it for 2 minutes and he said there's no problem, 2nd service it was still giving me problems, clutch kicks back and burns, still someone drove and said its fine.. Now the clutch is damaged, i had to negotiate for days for them to fix it.. Now they told me for them to get the parts it will take plus minus 21 days, which means a month without a car, i have to take my son to school and also go to work and back, i am struggling, i was told for me to get a courtesy car i need an access of R35 000, i don't understand how because i believe the courtesy car should be insured. I am not coping without a car, my routine is just impossible without it, i complained to KIA SA, Wednesday the consultant promised to call back, Thursday apparently their phones were not working, today (Friday) another consultant promised to call me back...
