My name is John , I’m currently experiencing a serious issue with Kia South Africa , I bought a car from the a Kia Rio 2020 model , and I was a first time buyer , in buying the car I was *** happy , I took the car out and I enjoyed my self. Follow that a few months later I started noticing a number of things about the car , it was eating the from tires and then started to pull to the left as I was driving it.

I went for my first service and on that service I made the dealer aware of the issues I was experiencing with the car , I took the car and found that the issues are still there , I took the car back and made them aware of this , the car does the follow

On gear number upon you doing the clutch balance on the car , when you gun the acceleration the car drives like a Diesel engine on take off and mind you I’m on gear number . It’s got a serious low power input to move the car

Two. the car still has the issue of pulling to the left , the dealer apparently rotated my tires and then they called that the solution in fixing the car from pulling to the Left, I don’t regard my self a genius but then when I asked Kia South African as to what was the cause for the car to pull to the left , I was not given a response and then on the report it was mentioned that the car had deformed tires of which that is horse **** , the car only has 22k plus . How can the tires be deformed , ive asked them to give me the actual reason they are pulling their book replies on me

I was in contact with Kia centurion that’s where the car was taken and person whom I was in contact with from Kia South Africa was Ms Khumalo

May I kindly get help from anyone above whom can give me a reason why I’m driving a car that has issues and of which doesn’t have power and yet the so called technician whom assessed my car gave it a green light. I fear that is I were to give this car to my future wife to be and she doesn’t know about the high rev on this car for it to move , and they end up in a accident due to this , it will be my fault because I didn’t fight to get the matter resolved.
