Kia Sorento gearbox

Our Kia Sorento's gearbox broke while it was still under warranty. The gearbox was fixed after a six months struggle with Kia in Klerksdorp. The Sorento's warranty since expired but we were told that the gearbox was still under warranty. On Monday we left on holiday with our caravan and the gearbox broke down again leaving us stranded on the N1. KIA roadside assist would not help us as the car was not under warranty any more, the KIA dealer in Klerksdorp didnt help and we used our own insurance to get us to Bela Bela. Kia doesnt want to help with a courtesy car even though the gearbox broke down again under warranty. Everyone is shifting the blame now and we are stuck on holiday without a car. This is an expensive lesson to learn, rather stick to the people who care about the customer. The KIA dealership in Klerksdorp never phones back, wasn't able to help us to our destination, was willing for us to be stranded on the N1 till after dark and now according to KIA SA is under no obligation to help us with a car on our Holiday. WE ARE STRANDED! WITH A CARAVAN! We have the oppertunity now to buy a new Sorento and a Kia Picanto but with this kind of loyalty to their customer.
