KIA sonet engine almost blowing up..remember Ford

My brand new Kia sonet had an overheating engine which almost blew up and I could have very well lost my life.I bought a brand new Kia sonet from Alberton KIA, and within weeks it started giving me issues with the engine overheating, I reported this to them and instead of taking the car in for diagnostics they suggested I call KIA assist when it happens again which put me in danger because the next time it happens it could be a more serious problem, nonetheless it did happen again this type the engine had smoke coming from it and we had to be evacuated from the car with fear of the car blowing up or something. Now they took the car for diagnostics and instead of giving me a new car or refund they want to give me the same car that almost killed me. Please DO NOT buy the KIA sonet it is faulty and you will get minimal assistance with the dealership trying to get you to drive the same car even with the clear issue of engine overheating and the PTSD from what happened. Stay away from the Kia Sonet.
