I am referring to the above vehicle which I purchased from your Edenvale branch in September 2017. When I took this car I was told by Edmund that it came with an alarming system installed. In the beginning of April this year I had a horrible incident where someone broke the quarter window and got in the car and took all my belongings including my ID, Drivers license, a spare wheel amongst other things, I then called your branch to report the incident and Peter, Edmund's manager re-assured me that this car came with an alarming system I then asked to bring it in so they can test it and he said there was no need as he would use the same model in the branch to test. I waited and he never got back to me, I called again numerous times with no luck to speaking to either Edmund / Peter, the lady operating the switch board would always say neither Edmund / Peter was in the branch. I then asked to speak to anyone higher than Peter, which is when I was transferred to you Dean, I told the same story to you and you said you would investigate and get back to me, I called again and you said you have tested the same model and can confirm that this vehicle model does not come with an alarming system. I have suffered a lot financially and emotionally because of this incident from the lies I was sold by Edmund, I had to re apply for my licence and ID which needed money, I had to buy a spare wheel as I cannot drive around with no spare wheel, I had to buy the quarter window which also didn't come cheap as you all know that Renault parts are expensive and very scars to find.

will you please let me know the way forward, because I have incurred all these costs because of Kia, I still have no paperwork pointing this car to my name, no Log book to know when is my car due for service. My car still doesn't have an alarming
