Kia Sold me a car with an EXTRA 20 000 km. Cluster was REPLACED before I bought the Kia!!!

Kia Kempton park now known as Kia Aiport sold me a car with an extra 20 000 km. They replaced the cluster a few months before I bought the car. Sold me a car under the impression that it is a Demo with 5 000 km.

I went to Kia Airport and they offered me to trade in the car. They offered R106 000 and my settlement is R127 000. I will not be liable for the shortfall.

Trade in is not a option. Remember when I bought the car it was sold under the impression that it is a Demo with 5 000km and only to find out the cluster was replaced a few months before buying the car. The car has an extra 20 000km. The cost price of the car was inflated. The car was sold at a higher price then it should have been.

My conclusion is Kia should settle my car with MFC a division of Nedbank.
