KIA service plan

<p>I need clarity here, I have a Kia Sportage and is currently at 87 000 km. Kia pmb refused to service my car while it has a service plan because I was supposed to bring it at 75 000 of which I did not…fine I was misinformed by the dealer when I bought the car that the next service will be at 90 000, I bought the car last year 2016 at 72 000km.</p> <p>My dispute HERE is why must I forfeit my last service I mean I paid for the service plan it was not given to me for free, my understanding is if you pay for service it must be delivered.</p> <p>Another thing is, is not the car supposed to notify you when it is due for service? My Kia didn’t and it has not. Please enlighten me.</p>
