KIA SELTOS RADIO ISSUES WHICH THEY CANT RESOLVE FOR TWO YEARS

I Bought a brand new Seltos 2021 since day 1 , it disconnects any type of phone while driving. i have been complaining since first service till today , they said its a software update and that was done by Kia Nigel but nothing resolved it.

the problem is when i want to use google map, it disconnect and also playing music.

this issue is very annoying to be honest. bought the car for comfort but there is not comfort at all.

I ALSO HAVE A FRIEND WHO HAS THE SAME ISSUE AND SAME CAR AND SHE HAS NOT BEEN ASSISTED,

now I'm told from other dealership that they cant see service history and i must go to where i bought and i bought it at Kia East Rand which is not closed, so does that mean i can not be fully assisted.
