Kia Seltos Issues

I was so excited to buy a Kia Seltos and then lockdown happened! As soon as we were able to purchase cars I was at the dealership to buy my brand new Seltos GT Line. What a disappointing 4 months it has been! While I absolutely love the car, the service I have received has been less than desirable. A hooter which did not work combined with a very annoying rattle noise in the front of my car and four months later the rattle is still there!! At one stage I refused to talk to the dealership as they told me to my face there is absolutely nothing wrong with the hooter, after I had sent videos proving this fact! I left the talking to my fiancé. Their latest fix was to put a thick strip of foam weather seal in between the dash and windscreen! The job was not even done neatly! Today my car has again been dropped of at Kia. Once again they will have a look to find the issue. After being warned not to buy a Kia here I am sitting with a top of the range model that is certainly not the quality I would have expected!
