KIA SELTOS EX+ 1.5Crdi Availability

I have been trying without success to get a definative answer as to when the Kia Seltos EX+ Diesel will be available for purchase in South Africa. Nobody can give me a satisfactory answer, Is it really that complicated for KIA Dealers to contact Kia Korea and get a reasonable answer ? The longer it takes the more my trade in looses value.
