Kia Seltos engine overheating (No feedback from kia)

I have been reading reviews on Kia Seltos and i noted the review are more same and exactly my issue

My car 2021 Model (22 000km on the clock fully serviced) gave me an engine overheaing warning ,I immediately call Kia East London as the car was with them just Two day before this incident for dignosis(I took the car for check up )after i hit a drain storm and received suspesion qoutation. .

3 weeks has passed without any feedback on whats wrong with the car , i was told they noted that it was involved in accident which they should be aware .

How did suspection affec the engine?

1. I work with a car and currently carless and this has affect my work .

Do the car warranty have an option of car hire ? why not offred ? 2. Why is the communication so bad
