Kia Sandton: Worst Dealer Ever

<p>So after days or deleberating on how I would put the mail, I will not hide my frustration. I bought my Kia Cerato at Kia Sandton on the 22nd of December. Part of the extras was a tobar and and I paid for the amplifier. On collection day, i was told the company that fit these tobars was closed and will open in Mid Jan 2016. We made an agreement to replace this with a spoiler early Jan when suppliers opened. This never happened despite constant calling. Barely 2 months (February), the amplifier blew and I went to complain and on diagnosis, it was fitted wrongly. Countless times going to the dealership , I always got excuses from Bali the sales person. From 10 feb - 17 Feb, I was taking my car to the dealership every single day and receiving it with more excuses. I refused the guys to touch my car on the 18th as I was travelling to Zimbabwe. Out of embarra*****t, they asked me to keep all my fuel receipts and toll gates (est R5000) for my Trip and committed to refunding me when they fix my amplifier. I asked the dealer to put this in writing after what happened to the tobar and spoiler. When I came back, I they fitted a new amplifier. Another embarrasing thing is when I was driven back from the dealer, i was sitting at the passenger's seat and it was loose. It literally was moving back and forth when you drive and hit breaks. The dealership asked me to bring it back the following day which I did. Bare ly a week when I was driving with my family, the people at the back were literally holding the seat so that it doesnt hit their legs. This is a brand new car barely 15000kms and I am in this relationship. i feel cheated to a goood brand by poor service received. I love my car but its disheartening to know that my old car has lesser problems to the new car. Poor commitments from Kia Sandton bad service has left me less love for the dealer. I would really like the Principal Owner to go back to basics of good customer relations and sticking to promises.</p>
