KIA SANDTON WORKSHOP DEPARTMENT

I phoned Kia Sandton and asked for assistance regarding my current Kia's battery. They redirected me to their workshop department where i spoke to a man. I asked him nicely if he can confirm what type of battery is my Kia's battery as i need to buy a new one (when i phone and ask battery centres they require me to provide them with a code of some sort like 615, 619 etc).. But when i asked the gentleman if he can ASSIST me he answered rudely and with a big attitude \Just go and check your battery and see what it says"...duhhh! I know that but my battery doesn't state anything on it - AND THAT'S WHY I CALLED IN THE FIRST PLACE! For assistance.<br> <br> The people at KIA are supposed to assist us"
