Kia Sandton needs new staff

Worst service I've ever received! My boyfriend and I decided to buy a vehicle in cash instead of financing the vehicle. We were told that we only needed proof of payment, which we sent to the salesman to which he then told us we actually needed to do an immediate payment. The bank sent confirmation of the payment and still the dealership would not accept it. They behaved as though they didn't do anything wrong and were extremely patronizing. They offered us nothing for their mistake even after they accepted fault. I've never been treated like a ***** until I went here! No apology given and they didn't even try saving the deal after it was pulled. Disgusting service from the salesman and the acting dealership principal
