Kia SA worst after sales and services - don't buy mediocre KIA

Kia services and after sales is the worst. They charge for services even if the car is under a services plan!! Firstly we were told it was too early to book for a service and when we went later after the holiday period KIA said the km were over the interval and charged full service fee for the vehicle. After numerous calls and complaints which they said they will look into after we pay the full fee. Nothing happened. Furthermore it seems KIA service centres are closing all over the show and being run by some other useless group . Kia Midrand is now is desolate.
