KIA SA has no front grill spares for Seltos 2019 model

Spare parts for my Seltos not available to replace front grill under bumper. Advised no Grills available in SA and have to wait 6 months for one to be Imported !!!My car must stand at a panel beater with minor font cosmetic damages for 6 months before grill arrives to be Fitted !!!!!
