Kia Roodepoort Stay Away!

Last year I bought a new Kia Picanto at Kia Roodepoort .... After the 4th time I sent it back to them for issues and being promised high and low everything is right this time only to last a month and the problems start again.

The alarm that was installed by kia started shouting randomly, doors did not want to lock and when I expressed my disappointment I was told it was done by an external party and not the responsiblity of kia roodepoort, after a fight Morne who sold me the Picanto and also is the liason for the external company doing the central locking apparently got it sorted out... but today it all started once again....

This was not the only issue on my first service with 6000km on the clock they had to do a shock adjustment, my gasoline gauge did not move and the remaining distance never worked accurately.

A while back it rain in after I accidentally left the window open the stain it made on the seat is unbelievable and once mentioned to them they only shrugged and said they noticed the stain, I left it because it was my own stupidity, but this made me wonder if the seats are even good quality.

After expressing my issue on Facebook I was met with numerous people complaining about Kia Roodepoort and wishing me luck as they have given up the fight, however I will not be leaving it until i am satisfied with a response from management!
