Kia Roodepoort Service Dept a shocker

Would like to put zero stars. Shocking service from Kia service department at Kia Roodepoort. Booked my Kia in for knocking and shudder on the clutch. Firstly told that me "extended warranty" has been cancelled. I have the original 5 year warranty. Told that I must sort out warranty. Had to fight and state that it is not my responsibility to address the warranty given that I purchased the vehicle from them as a demo model in 2016. When I booked the car in now for the shudder was told it's my bumper!! Shocking attitude and service from them and I will not be going back to that dealership again. When I purchased the vehicle in 2016 was told the vehicle does not come with automatic boot opener despite the function being on the key. Had to fight them for second key. Think I have made my point. Had to fight for every feature and service which was promised.
