Kia Roodepoort

I went to Kia Roodepoort looking for assistance at the Service department

The two ladies working there weren’t even willing to assist, when i went to the front desk they asked me to have a sit as they were still busy with other people in the waiting room, understandable

After they finished and everyone had left, i sat for a good 25 minutes waiting to hear from them, none of them even bothered to say a word let alone seemed willing to want to assist

I tried to give a couple of hints that i needed help and they just didn’t bother themselves or give a damn or want to help me... i asked a gentleman in the front to assist me and as he spoke to one of the ladies she shouted on how busy she was

THEY SHOULD BE GIVING THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY GIVE WHEN THEY STILL WANT YOU TO BUY A CAR!!!!!
