KIA Rio: Clutch Issues , what a terrible experience

I purchased a KIA Rio in January 2014. I went to the services as per the guidelines on the service book. On the 20th of February while driving and running errands, my car slowed down and wouldn't go forward. I called the roadside assistance, they came and my car was towed to KIA Centurion as it was the nearest dealership to where the ordeal happened. This happened over the weekend and then I was informed that I would get feedback on Monday since the dealership is closed.

On Monday, I received the feedback and I was told that the clutch and the fork are damaged and they have to be fixed. I was provided with a quotation and I gave them the go ahead to fix my car. The car was fixed and I fetched it on the 26th of February, it as a Friday. At the time the mileage was 41259.

On Sa****ay, we washed the car just outside our house, When we finished washing he car, we wanted to out it back inside the house..but guess what? The car wouldn't start. I tried numerous times until I called roadside assistance and my partner to come and help me. My partner arrived before the roadside assistance and kick started the car and parked it inside the yard, the guy from the roadside assistance came right after that and did an inspection and concluded that its the battery which needs to be replaced. I was shocked as to why does my battery started giving me problems a day after it was handled by the dealership. I then called them and informed them about the issue and they said they will not be responsible to any damages because they never touched the engine and the were very adamant about it saying that they don't do anything on the engine when replacing the clutch. I requested for CCTV and I ended up letting it go because they responses late after my follow up.I decided to let it go as it was really draining me as I already so much time and money fixing the clutch.

On the 20th of May, I took my car in for service at KIA Menlyn as it is closer to my workplace. this was for the 45 000 km service. I received the car on the same day after the service. On Sa****ay, I had to drive from Centurion to Pretoria. While I was driving, I was struggling to change the gears and this was very uncomfortable as I was scared since this was very unusual to me. On Sunday, the problem persisted and I started to think why does my car keep on having problems after being handled by a dealership.

On Monday, I called KIA Menlyn and told them about the terrible ordeal I experienced over the weekend. They told me to bring the car over and they will check it and indeed I went to them during my lunch. They checked and told me that Its the clutch.I was shocked and speechless and my clutch was fixed 3 months ago. I asked them what should I do. They told me that I should return to the dealership that fixed my clutch initially as it is still under warranty for 6 months. I followed their advise and called KIA Centurion when I got back to the office, explained to them and they said I should bring it over for an assessment and I arranged that I will go on the next day. They problems became worse and I couldn't change the gears completely and this happened before I could even reach the dealership. I called roadside assistance and my car was towed to KIA Centurion.

I received feedback on Thursday, the 26th of May. I was told to come see my clutch as it is damaged. I went there on Friday morning, they showed me the damages and told me that the warranty will not cover that as it is my fault due to my driving style. Then they provided me with a ridiculous quotation which is even more that the amount I paid in February.

I am sitting here needing assistance as a KIA customer. What kind of observation/evaluation qualifies that the damages caused on my clutch is my fault? How can a clutch burn after 3 months of replaced. What happened to the 6 months warranty that I was told about after the workmanship? I am seriously unhappy with the experience I am having. I mean my car less than 3 years and I am already experiencing such problems. I have not even reached 50 000 kms
