Kia repairs are utterly ***********

In August of 2014, my company purchased a used 2012 model Kia K2700 Diesel with 49251KM which is still under warranty. This vehicle has been giving constant gearbox related problems since it was bought up until today. My company has taken extremely good care of this vehicle and it still looks brand new. It even sleeps indoors. My company uses it for deliveries of cleaning materials to customers in the Cape Town area. The vehicle now has 68000KM on and has conservatively been in for repairs to the gearbox 7 to eight times. Each time it goes in for repairs, Kia has the vehicle for anything from 3 weeks to 3 months which means it is out of action and I cannot utilise it in my buisiness. I have sent numerous emails and complaints requesting my vehicle be properly repaired but Kia simply is not interested. They return it to me in the same state it was in prior to going in for repairs. I have lost so much revenue due to not having this vehicle available but Kia does not care. I strongly recommend that you do not buy a Kia vehicle as you may suffer the same pathetic after sales service as I am.
