Kia refused to take back unused goods, unopened...

I bought Shock Mountings and found out that my mechanic was wrong and I didn't need them. I tried to return them, on the same day, they refused. I called them a number of times and I haven't gotten anywhere. I'm aware that the law (consumer act) says they have to accept goods if returned within a certain rime
