Kia Referal amount

I have been referring clients to buy cars at Kia and sending them to one of the consultant as they have promised me that when you refer customer you get referral amount . So they requested my tax number, account number but even today I am still waiting , when I ask they tell me that they were busy with financial year end...I am very disappointed as I was working hard to convince people to buy cars from Kia and using my car to drop them at the garage so that they don't change their minds on the way. So please if company knows that the is no referral amount that they are providing they must not tell people that you will get something.
