Kia Polokwane - 2 weeks waiting for feedback on what's wrong with my car

<p>My car broke down 2 weeks back, I still have not received proper feedback on what's wrong with the car, when is it going to be repaired, and it is still under warranty. Not a single call received from the dealership in th whole period. I always have to request information but dololo. Now my calls don't even get transferred to the service department.</p>
