Kia Pinetown Pathetic

We took our car to Kia Pinetown for repairs and they kept sit for 2weeks when they had promised that it was gonna be a quick job. When we eventually got a call to fetch the car, my husband noticed the car had a very deep scratch on one of the door sides and other light ones and that the left mirror was making a funny noise and no longer adjusting. He told them and the technician ended up opening the mirror and removing something which then caused the mirror to need to be adjusted manually. They my husband must take the car to some dent repair place and Kia will pay. We have not taken the car in as Kia is keeping the car for what was supposed to be for the mirror which they have not fixed and they want the mirror to be fixed at our cost when all these issue happened when our car was in their care. We want our car fully fixed. Now they are making my husband a fool by not getting back to him when ever he calls for feedback. These people look like they cover for each other. I feel this had we been another race, we wouldn’t be getting this kind of treatment! We want our car fixed and back home! We are without a car and Kia Pinetown is useless not even management is intervening. One of the senior guys who said he wants to be present when my husband brought the car in was not there when he brought it in and has never even bothered to call us .
