KIA Pinetown and Alberton should fall!!!!!!No respect for clients

Never have I thought that I would experience constant drags and disappointments from KIA. Long story short KIA Pinetown refuses to refund me the money I spent on registering my brand new car and the purchase of plates. Apparently they do not register cars for a different province I agreed to do it because as a first time buyer the sales guy said Mbuso said that I should just take my ID and drivers license from there everything would be sorted. After informing them about the amounts I paid they requested proof of payment to reimburse me of which I emailed thrice problem is that I have been waiting for over a week and they are beating about the bush and I get all sorts of excuses they dont make sense. From the time I went for the vehicle collection to date,the initial stage went well because of course I was excited to own my own vehicle and they couldn't wait to seal the deal,well the service delivery sucks big time. I learned and I am most certainly confident that KIA was a mistake and see me no more. They are very good at looking down and making you feel like you do not matter.
