KIA PICANTO'S BLUETOOTH FAULTY AFTER BARELY 3 YEARS

My Picanto which was purchased October 2013, and currently on 28355kms.

The Bluetooth has not been working for some time and when the vehicle was serviced today, I was told that the Bluetooth is faulty due to software and internal fault of Radio.!! This after 3 1/2 years. What junk radio did they instal? Of course there is no warranty (only valid for 3 years). Thanks Kia and bye bye Kia.
