Kia Pegas (2021) Parts Still Not Available After More Than 3 Months Waiting

New Kia cars don't have parts available should you be involved in an accident. I bought a Kia Pegas in November 2021 and used the car for business to supplement my salary.

On July 18th 2022 I was involved in an accident and my claim was approved by the insurance after about 2 weeks. My car was then taken to Renewit Rivonia Panel-Beaters for repairs. The car has been with them since the claim was approved until today because there are no parts available for the car and there is no ETA on when they will arrive. I used my car for e-hailing business to supplement my salary and it is still not back. I am sad at what this long wait has cost me.

There is still no word on when the parts or my car will be available. Apparently this is normal with Korean Cars. I loved the car so much, but that has turned into the biggest regret. Up until last month I was still paying very high business insurance for it, while it's just standing and not being used.

I am very sad to have to resort to writing such a review. I'm disappointed in Kia.
