KIA PAARDEN ISLAND IS THE WORST, EVEN THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE TOO.

I Took My car in for a Service the 30 April 2018 - there was said to mention any other work that needed to be done so I mentioned that the Previous Kia (Potgietersrus) *****ed up my window switch so now when I want my windows to go down I need to pull the switch Up and Visa Versa. I also need them to reset my airbag light because it shows on my speedometer that it is faulty.

Went for my service and sat there for 45min - 1 hour just to get the JOB CARD!!!!! PATHETIC - The lady walks me to my car just to see the workshop men didn't have the decency to wipe off their oily hand marks (I understand my car cannot be washed due to Cape Towns' water restrictions, but take the little extra effort left in you to wipe your marks off inside and OUTSIDE MY WHITE CAR!!!) May also add they did not even bother giving me the job card nor stamp my service book for my 36 months anti-corrosion inspection!! USELESS

So on the 7th of may, the lady sends me a whatsapp to tell me that KIA doesn't want to approve my warranty because they can't find any record of my 15 000 KM service. I had my car serviced at Kia Midrand at that time - she then asks me to send my proof of service because she is too lazy to pick up her phone and ask kia midrand for the proof/ invoice of my service I had done because apparently the systems are not linked. ( I sent a copy for her) on the 15 May 8 DAYS LATER!!!! she had lost my copy and asked to resend ***!

today the 24 May another 9 days later she informs me via whatsapp that the parts has been approved AND I QUOTE "when it arrives il let you know... for you airbag light we need an on premises vdn number so we can only claim that wen u cum in for the door switch:"

so looks like she is also incapable of spelling too aswell as doing her job correctly.

This is the worst experience I have had even worse that the potgietersrus who clearly also can't do their job!!!

IS THERE NO RELIABLE KIA SERVICE CENTERS IN SOUTH AFRICA?????????????????
