KIA Northcliff will rob you!!!

While staying in JHB our KIA Sorento suddenly started to flash the check battery sign and loose all power to the car and power steering. we took the car immediately to the nearest KIA in the area, they told us it was an issue with the clock-spring and they had no stock, we then had to wait for a month while they got the part from Korea. Once the part was put in place it only took 25min! but of course we were back again the next day for them to redo the job! about a week later the car started to give the SAME PROBLEM AGAIN!!! So i made a phone call to the service manager who made it very clear to me that the clock-spring could not possibly cause the problems we were having with the car, then he refused to speak to me and handed me over to the foremen who also could not explain why he and his team got us to waste SO much money for NOTHING!!!
