Kia Northcliff, the dodgiest, shadiest Kia dealership!!
Bought a Kia Cerato a few months ago, its side-view mirror was damaged before I took ownership of the car and the manager undertook to buy a new mirror and replace the old damaged one.. Five months later this hasn't happened. The manager Emile Manan and the other manager Donovan are so shady.. they don't honour their side of the agreement. I've emailed countless times, telephoned countless times too.. They've left me no choice but to take the matter to my lawyers.
They are useless.

05 Dec 2017, 10:02Although the Dealership hasn't rep**** on this message, but rather rep**** on another account of theirs on HelloPeter, I just wanted to write that I'm happy with how this issue has been resolved.
The Pre-Owned Manager, Donovan, did a great job in helping me get a new side-view mirror and the missing tow-hook. He arranged that the repairs be done by Front Row Auto Body in the Cresta area.
I was assisted by Cindy, at Front Row Auto Body, and she was very helpful and professional, at all times. I'm very happy with the work the Front Row Auto Body team did.
